    Interesting idea Joe. Probably wouldn’t work for men generally. But for sure we need it for single men. Where do I go to ask for my raise?

    The restrictions on the sample producing this statistic are bizarre. Why the carefully selected age group leaving out the twenty-somethings and fifty-somethings? And what the heck does “income adjusted for household size and scaled to reflect a three-person household” mean?

    If they’re going to scale it, how about an adjustement for average hours worked?
