As far as the NY Times post, Obamacare rebates going to employers rather than employees, it is far from as simplistic as the NYT piece leads us to believe. This Washington Times opinion piece explains the cost and problems of more “red tape” with the rebate going back to the employees! Another unintended consequence of Obamacare! http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/aug/10/obamacare-refund-pains/

Half of baby boomers don’t think they will ever be able to retire.
Oh that’s just wrong! I fully expect to retire someday. At current rates, I will have sufficient funds saved up to retire about the time I’m 87. Once retired, I’m going to move back home and live with my parents; and I plan to get a part time job working 100 hours a week (earning minimum wage) at Burger King. If all these things work out, then I can afford to retire!
Employer’s pocketing the rebate? that’s great!
Unfortunately, many boomers will find themselves working well into their “retirement” years.
I’m 49, and I don’t have the least bit of faith that my social security will be there when I retire in my late sixties.

The Obamatax will undoubtedly be difficult to afford in the long-run. There will be more taxes.

They say that but don’t act like they believe that, and action still speak louder than words.
