I agree with Tom H. The idea that people should suffer inconvenience, pain, health risks and bear travel/lodging expense to donate bone marrow (with no compensation) is short sighted. I don’t know why the Obama Administration is opposed to this. The current system rewards a select few organizations and medical actors but neglects those who own the biological material.
