Under the PPACA comprehensive coverage will be required to meet the mandate. About 32 million additional people will have health coverage. It stands to reason this would boost demand for medical services without a corresponding increase in supply of providers.
Where are the savings? Our costs, both retired, will go up about $300/month for medicare insurance alone, while benefits are being reduced. Any offsetting cost-of-living increases in our social security and pensions wil only add more defiocit spending. This law is BAD NEWS. The “savings” in our case are pure fiction.
Well, since Pelosi became the speaker of the house in 2006 , the Democrats have done nothing but lie. I have never seen such a bunch of narrow minded idiots running America. They scream to the wind that they are compassionate ! well how come the poor keep increasing in number. They have lied about helping the underdog, but all they do is enriched themselves. Too bad the GOP under its current leadership seems to believe its better to “go along to get along” rather than support anyone willing to stand for the principles underlying the Constitution, and the moral Laws represented by those principles. There are so many things in this bill that will royally screw the people its not funny . The poor who are suppost to be getting insurance will have to pay for it so they will be no better off than they are . Employers have a clause where they can for $700 opt out of providing any insurance for there employees lets face that with all the trimming these companys want to do the will pay to opt out . Now everyone will have poor coverage at high costs thanks Obama . If you dont vote you have no one to thank but yourself.
