Great idea! I wish I had access to a similar service that integrated web and telephone-based office visits with retail clinics and my primary care physician. Sometimes I just need to talk to someone. Sometimes I need an in-office visit but not necessarily with a doctor. Other times, I need to see a doctor. I’d like to make one call and be able to decide between all the aforementioned services.

I agree that it’s about time for this, but this shouldn’t become a substitute for in-person visits when in-person visits are what is needed.

Also, prescriptions need to be given over the phone and over the web, otherwise these services are of significantly less value.
