It might have to wait years to discover all the ramifications of the health reform law to allow the Department of Health and Human Services the time required to write thousands of pages of regulations.
The Leadership in Congress, many of whom hate consumer driven health care, didn’t have to actual kill it themselves. Rather, they can get an unelected, cabinet-level political appointee to do it for them.
