Man, that Hollywood Pledge of Allegiance to President Obama is ultra-creepy. Even Cabinet Secretaries, government officials, and Congressmen don’t pledge allegiance to the President, but to the Constitution.
These Hollywood folks assert that unless you pledge to “be a servant of the President” Demi Moore) or “allegiance to Barack Obama” (Anthony Kiedis, if my recognition of pop stars is accurate) you cannot contribute to any of the other stated goals: helping children, helping your neighbors, etc.
Conclusion: The only path to redemption is through Barack Obama.
