    Hmmmm. hitting the hospitals with higher quality and lower costs in attempt to better the other ones. I don’t agree with, but I can understand the side that believes in redistribution of wealth, but I hope that they understand that the redistribution of quality is just absurd.

    Interesting what Ginsburg had to say. Health reform’s Medicare cuts are going to hit the best hospitals the hardest.
