    On the kidney, I would say it is community property. Perhaps the judge should make a Solomonic decision and divide it down the middle.

    Interesting result on oligopoly. One more reason to have national competition, across state lines.

    I think there is a better solution on the kidney. Cleary a prenupt should cover organ transfers, maybe listing the monetary values in case the union dissolves.
