I’m not sure I believe the marriage study.
I can easily believe that marriage has positive health benefits for both men and women. It stands to reason that cohabitation would confer some of the same benefits. However, I would expect the relationship to be stronger in married couples since it takes more commitment to get married than to merely move in together.
I am not the least bit shocked or surprised by the obesity story.
