    The same is true of the uninsured… Estimates are extrapolations from outrageous assumptions that are made up out of thin air. How many people die from lack of health coverage? Arguably none. They die of other things that are exacerbated by perverse behaviors that may include forgoing healthy lifestyle and health insurance.
