  1. These kinds of innovations would be proliferating everywhere, but for the third-party-payer bureaucracies. That is why the previous post on freeing the doctors is so important.

  2. I signed up for this in Gilbert and it is not a scam 10 doctors are doing this now in Arizona and the family plan covers all the preventative stuff plus you can get generics in the office for $4 or less. $15 for a full panel blood test. Beats $1,200 per month for a family of 6.

  3. John,

I am a Director of the No Insurance Club, a market based system that gets patients preventative care and doctors paid without billers, coders or denials, and it’s working! Since you did this short post on us I noticed a jump in traffic from your URL so I just wanted to say thanks.

  4. nice post !the fee for 12 doctors is sufficient as a concierge service , great information .

  5. This is a great plan! How come no one is talking about it? All you see on the news are sad stories about how people can’t afford to see the doctor, but they don’t discuss how PCPs have been striving to help people see them for affordable prices. 2 doctors participate in NYC. They should be swarmed with patients! I saw one negative review on the internet… written by an insurance broker! This isn’t insurance, its a contract between the doctor and the patient like other concierge plans.
