    I’m not sure I’m surprised that the college students requested free government handouts. I am, however, surprised at the horrible quality of the essays in comparison to the champion of the NCPA’s Young Patriot Essay Contest! Maybe those college students should’ve taken a tip from your group of talented high school writers.
