I find it rather disconcerting that doctors might be sued for not telling their patients to lose weight because the patient is fat. I suspect the patient either already knows they are fat; or is in denial such they would not believe the doctor anyway.

I think it would be nice if government would get out of the diet business and balance its own budget.
