I tend to agree with Alex. If your idea of walking to stay fit is walking to the fridge to grab a beer during commercials, then you probably need to walk farther — possible down the road to sobriety!

Good point, Alex. The reverse is also true – a lot of people eat healthy, but don’t exercise.
