Why is Cokie Roberts shilling for ObamaCare?
Of course the ACA is not going to affect the malpractice system. These guys are a wholly owned subsidiary of the trial lawyers.

Congress is too narcissistic to have a sense of humor.
If you invite someone like Colbert to testify, you deserve what you get.
