AMA Calls for Amending Health Reform Law

They want to get rid of the reduction in physician’s fees. Reminds me of this oldie but goodie:

First they came for the communists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a Jew.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.

    They supported PPACA because they thought they could bargain their way out of having their ox gored. In the end, they still got their ox gored. This cycle occurred repeatedly with the interest groups.
