Of course they would. Nicotine isn’t what makes tobacco cigarettes so harmful. It isn’t even a carcinogen. The really harmful thing about regular cigarettes is that they have thousands of added chemicals and carcinogens BESIDES the nicotine. E-cigarettes don’t contain all that poison.
We need to plot this chart against the grant money available for studying each substance.

I see that both alcohol and tobacco are worse than marijuana. No surprise to me though.
I read that California may completely legalize marijuana. That would create an interesting federal-state clash.
