Yes, minorities are disproportionately poor, and raising the medicare eligibility age hurts the poor. A medicaid expansion would ameliorate some of this cost.
Medicare supplement health insurance does not cover all. You can look for extended health insurance plans for individuals or couples or for family from the health insurance companies to get more benefits.
Interesting attribution error — reading the abstract only, the study seems to suggest that many of these Russian deaths were attributed to a transition to a more capitalist economy (and related trauma) but were a more direct result of a repeal of anti-alcohol laws. Huh.

not only is it true that suicides don’t peak during holidays, but perpetuating that notion makes it more acceptable for people to end their lives around the holiday season because it is normal
