It is a little confusing why people would use dietary supplements (presumably to improve their health) only to engage in other risky behaviors. Research that found people sometimes pair something healthy with something unhealthy under the assumption the two actions cancel each other out. For instance, someone might order a burger and fries with a diet drink. Or they might eat a salad and then order an ice cream sunday.
