In 1989 a health entitlement program was repealed — the first repeal of a federal welfare program since the abolition of the freeman’s bureau 100 years earlier. Milton Friedman, The Wall Street Journal and many others credit NCPA research as the reason for the repeal.

While this is true, the amount of people who thought healthcare was an immediate priority was dreadfully low. In fact, it was near last.

Absolutely not, their population, military power, and economic growth are proving that they have what it takes to surpass China as a world power.
