Doctors disagree about screening tests? That should not be cause for alarm. It should reinforce the idea that patients should decide for themselves.
The McKinsey report was merely stating the obvious as relayed to them by the clients McKinsey surveyed. Why pay for a costly fringe benefit for your workers if it is available from the government at a greatly reduced price?
