    So after a one-year dip in unfunded liability projections due to claimed savings from the Affordable Care Act, the trustees’ current law estimates resume their relentless rise…..

    This year’s trustee’s report is barely different from the report issued last year. The Medicare Chief Actuary repudiated last year’s report as unrealistic. The 2011 one is not any better.
