  1. Taylor says:

“Less than half (47%) of women 15 and over are married ― the lowest percentage since the turn of the century.”

Is the traditional “family” structure starting to be threatened? If so, is this bad for society?

Good questions that don’t have clear answers. The only clear thing is that women are becoming more financially independent and therefore don’t have to marry.

    • JD says:

That doesn’t mean that people aren’t getting married, just that they are getting married older. The former may also be true, but marriage is a personal decision that someone shouldn’t be pressured into making.

  2. Buster says:

The social benefit of a knee replacement: $10,000 to $30,000.

  3. Larry says:

“The social benefit of a knee replacement: $10,000 to $30,000.”
Wow! That much? That seems pretty high for the average Joe.

  4. Braxton says:

Less than half (47%) of women 15 and over are married ― the lowest percentage since the turn of the century.

Yeahhh that is an inevitable effect of society accepting women’s writes in the workplace etc.
