    John, why do we have to go to the publications of other organizations to read about your views. Has the NCPA really never published any of this?

    Because of the way third-party insurers pay doctors, there is no phone, no e-mail, no patient education, no electronic medical records. Very good observations. The insurers, following the lead of Medicare, are keeping the practice of medicine in the Dark Ages.
