Anyone who has visited Manhattan recently and observed the cyclists can easily believe this result.
Glad to see we are keeping the public safe from homemade pies. Next step: regulate all homecooked meals.
I’m surprised the number of cyclists with alcohol in their blood was so low — espcially in NYC.
