I don’t see why this is so hard to grasp. Conservatives aren’t against exchanges as a way to purchase insurance. They actually like, and have advocated for them. What they don’t like is heavy Federal-level requirements for what the insurance products must cover and the ACA’s framework to impose those requirements.

There has also been significant research with dogs being able to sniff out certain forms of cancer.

My Grandfather was a part of this. In California, we would normally have to drive 2.5 hours to San Francisco to receive treatment.
California and Texas are both states that have to do more for their rural commmunities. There just isn’t an advantage for Doctors to live in rural communities rather than living in cities.

It just goes against what simple minded people inherently believe. Advertising and sound bites do wonders.
Something has to change though, its making the republicans lose quite a bit of votes. Misinformation goes a long way.
