Federal examiners have rejected patents for genetic screening tests because the applicants did not test for differences by race, including “black,” “white,” “Asian” and “Hispanic.” Of more than 3 million patents over the past 20 years, only 37 included any reference to race.
Free condoms? What a joke.
The debt ceiling cuts are delayed because, as government economists are telling us, the economy depends on government spending to grow. Tighening the belt too much could harm the economy.
The joke is thinking you can make all these benefits free and not increase the price of health insurance.
At least the article in Yahoo Health admitted the cost of birth control will be spread among all policy holders in the form of higher premiums. Then it backtracks by suggesting better health or less disease may mitigate some of the additional cost.
