    Dogs: It’s been my anecdotal experience that smaller horses tend to live longer than larger horses as well.

    Fires: People tend to forget that fires are a natural mechanism by which Mother Nature clears old growth. We’ve settled in dry areas, creating huge obstacles to natural processes.
