    The lesson to be learned here is that any effort to require accountability will be thwarted by those who don’t want their lack of success to be quantified!

    What can you expect from a country where a recent polls have shown that 20% of adults believe the sun revolves around the earth and 30% of Texans believe humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time. And you wonder why “consumer directed” health care may not work.

    artk: Are you making an argument that more control of healthcare dollars by central government will fix the problem of the “polls” in which almost everyone who partook in the polls was educated by a “non consumer driven” product?
