This makes sense: things that make you angry or sad likely boost your blood pressure.
Technically the article was middle-aged women. But I suspect it still holds true for those older and younger.

Not just physical beauty, but youth as well. We are told to pursue that which is given to us by random chance and fades naturally with time.
Even among women who generally liked their body, they could find things about their body they didn’t like.
