    The article whimsically asks how your dog knows it’s dinnertime at 5:00? My dog always thinks it’s dinner time. She just figured out over time that we don’t give in except 12:00am and 7:00pm.

    After the study pointing out the health benefits of running 50 minutes a week compared to people who run many hours per week aren’t different, why endurance run? Do people really love banging their joints against concrete pavement that much?

    I would imagine that any animal would have a biological clock, much like when humans are on a sleep schedule a naturally wake up at that time.

    That or they know its dinner time because their stomach is growling.
