    the story about a crime committed on purpose to get caught is common in this country. some do it so they have a place to sleep and food to eat. something needs to be fixed when people are trying to get into jail!

    And much of the power the AARP has comes from the political contributions. So if revenue is down, money to the war chest is down also.
