  1. PJ says:

More lawlessness: Mid-sized employers get another year’s delay.

This pattern of ruling by fiat and disregarding anything that doesn’t suit him absolutely makes my blood boil. At this point, I’ll be more surprised when he actually decides to follow the law for once.

  2. Sarah T. says:

Did you know that Uncle Sam is spending millions of dollars encouraging people to eat more pizza?

    Uh oh, don’t tell Michelle!

  3. Lucas says:

“The Treasury Department announced Monday that companies with 50 to 99 employees have an additional year to comply with the coverage mandate, until January 1, 2016.”

They’ll need it. That’s for sure.

  4. Trent says:

“The reason these accounts are forced to charge the new tax is because they include the option for members to tan at the clubs. Obamacare has a tax on tanning salons. It doesn’t matter if the member uses or does not use the tanning facilities.”

They should be charging planet fitness way more than that. That place is a disgrace to gyms

  5. Connor says:

“This line featured regional specialties such as the Honolulu Hawaiian, the Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch, the Pacific Veggie, the Buffalo Chicken, the Philly Cheese Steak, and the Memphis BBQ Chicken, and was advertised as having 40 percent more cheese than Domino’s typical pizzas. Cheese also was used on the crust.”

    Stuffed crust is a conspiracy!!!

  6. James says:

“There had been some tussling on Capitol Hill over whether certain volunteers – mostly volunteer firefighters – would count as full-time employees, for purposes of the health care law. Today’s rule clarifies that they do not count as employees–which eliminates any incentives to get rid of volunteer positions.”

That is insane. Saving lives for free has no incentive
