More lawlessness: Mid-sized employers get another year’s delay.
This pattern of ruling by fiat and disregarding anything that doesn’t suit him absolutely makes my blood boil. At this point, I’ll be more surprised when he actually decides to follow the law for once.

“The reason these accounts are forced to charge the new tax is because they include the option for members to tan at the clubs. Obamacare has a tax on tanning salons. It doesn’t matter if the member uses or does not use the tanning facilities.”
They should be charging planet fitness way more than that. That place is a disgrace to gyms

That is insane. Saving lives for free has no incentive

I don’t understand why they wouldn’t make an exception for high risk volunteers
There has to be some reasoning behind it, I don’t understand why no one would push for this.
