  1. JD says:

“Oops. ObamaCare’s first enrollee may be bogus.”

    Lol. Desperate for a W, I guess.

    • Dewaine says:

      Amazing. Egg on their face.

    • Dewaine says:

Although, I don’t think that we should be focusing on the logistical problems of ObamaCare. Let’s talk about the perverse incentives and long-term market manipulation instead.

      • JD says:

True, we need to be attacking the core of the problem with ObamaCare, not the ancillary stuff.

        • Perry says:

While I agree with you, the irrationality of Obamacare is irrelevant to those who espouse it. Therefore, the masses will have to experience the ineptitude of it’s implementation to realize how bad it’s going to be.

    • Jackson says:

      Not surprising.

  2. JD says:

“Illegal drugs are cheaper than ever; they’re also purer.”

I wonder if there is a correlation with the War on Drugs, say for every $1 dollar decrease in drug enforcement spending, drugs become _% better and cheaper.

    • Dewaine says:

I’m sure there is. There is probably also a correlation between War on Drugs spending and drug user safety. The more we attack users and the supply of “safe” drugs, the more chances they will take and more harmful drugs they will use.

  3. JD says:

“Park Service Ranger: “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can. It’s disgusting.”

Typical thug tactics, although it isn’t surprising.

  4. JD says:

“Insuring the uninsured in Massachusetts is crowding out access for the Medicare population.”

Actions have consequences. The idea that we can completely eradicate scarcity is ridiculous.

    • Dewaine says:

Right, I have a feeling that the way people are entitled now, the market will be playing “bait and switch” with us a lot.

      • JD says:

Exactly, we can’t provide unlimited coverage to every single person, it just isn’t possible. If we plug one hole, another will spring up elsewhere.

  5. PJ says:

Glad to see someone actually admit that they’ve been told to make everything difficult.
