Game Shows How ObamaCare Will Likely Cost Trillions More than Claimed

The Republican staff of the Joint Economic Committee released an amusing Obamanopoly Game to illustrate the costs associated with ObamaCare. The Web site is patterned after the game Monopoly, except instead of landing on Boardwalk, players are encouraged to select which provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act they believe will be repealed, and compare the additional costs to taxpayers. For instance, if a player believes none of the Medicare cuts will actually take place, the added bill to taxpayers is $528.9 billion. If you believe the scheduled 20 percent pay cut to physicians will be repealed with the so-called “doc fix,” another $229 billion is added to the running total.

I think it’s going to “cost trillions more than claimed.”

Sadly, I plugged in the most likely scenario and the 10-year cost about doubled.

Right on Steve. Bush did something disagreeable, therefore Obama must be a damned diety.

    Well done sir.
