It could collect $320 billion a year (health care will cost about $150 billion). Workers could collect disability benefits even if they continue working.

    Nobody is talking sbout this. The disability provision could be more imortant than the health care proposal. And even though people could opt out, you can be sure that the option to do so would be short-lived.
